David Cooper is the Founder and President of Invictus Global, an executive leadership and organizational development firm founded in 2012. As the creator of the Invictus Management System, David and his team help organizations build exceptional leaders, align teams, strengthen culture, and accelerate sustainable growth. With more than 34 years of executive leadership experience, David has earned a reputation for turning vision into execution. Before founding Invictus, David served as Executive Director of Multisite Operations for The Rock Church in San Diego, one of the nation's fastest-growing organizations, where he helped pioneer its multisite expansion strategy and operational scalability. He also served as a nationally certified communicator and leadership coach for Making It Count, the nonprofit division of Monster.com.
Throughout his career, David has founded multiple organizations, led a $32 million construction company, launched both nonprofit and for-profit ventures, and advised leaders across business, education, athletics, and the nonprofit sector. This diverse executive experience enables him to bridge strategy and execution with uncommon credibility.
An accomplished keynote speaker and leadership trainer, David has spoken throughout the United States and internationally, equipping executives, entrepreneurs, educators, coaches, students, and community leaders to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.
